We kindly ask you to inform us of your fixed number of persons in accordance with our cancellation conditions. If we do not receive any feedback from you by this date, the production and billing basis will be the number of persons stated in our last offer.
Our cancellation conditions
- Cancellation free of charge is possible up to 14 days before the start of the event.
- Between 14 and 7 days before the start of the event, 50% can be canceled free of charge.
- From 7 days to 48 hours before the event date, 3 persons can still cancel free of charge.
- Cancellation free of charge is no longer possible from 48 hours before the event date and the booked service will be invoiced
- Cancellations will only be accepted in WRITING.
Special agreement for exclusive bookings
- Please note that an EXCLUSIVE BOOKING cannot be canceled and that the agreed minimum consumption must be paid in full even in the event of cancellation, especially as we have already blocked the day for you and your guests in advance.
