Our Terms and Conditions
- We request that you provide written confirmation of your final headcount in accordance with our stated cancellation policy. This will serve as the basis for production and billing. If we do not receive a response from you by this date, the number of attendees listed in our final offer will serve as the basis for production and billing.
- Please note that the use of confetti (including confetti bombs) or similar items is not permitted on any of our premises or in our outdoor area. Should such items be used nonetheless, we will charge a flat fee of EUR 500 for cleaning costs.
- Please note that we reserve the right to make minor price adjustments in accordance with our current menu.
Our cancellation conditions
- Cancellation free of charge is possible up to 14 days before the start of the event.
- Between 14 and 7 days before the start of the event, 50% can be canceled free of charge.
- From 7 days to 48 hours before the event date, 3 persons can still cancel free of charge.
- Cancellation free of charge is no longer possible from 48 hours before the event date and the booked service will be invoiced
- Cancellations will only be accepted in WRITING.
Special agreement for exclusive bookings
- Please note that an EXCLUSIVE RESERVATION cannot be canceled, and the agreed-upon minimum spend must be paid in full even in the event of a cancellation, especially since we have already reserved the day for you and your guests in advance.
