OUR WINES The types of wines grown include - Riesling and the typical Viennese wine, the “Gemischte Satz”. The latter is a mixture of 4 to 6 different types of wines which are planted and harvested together and then fermented as one. Painstaking attention to hygiene in the cellar work and when bottling ensure the excellence and good keeping quality of the wine. Mayer wine estate has won many significant awards international and national due to our policy is constant QUALITY instead of QUANTITY. |
