The Mayer family has been established in Vienna-Heiligenstadt
and Grinzing since 1683 and can therefore look back on a long tradition
and great experience in wine-growing. The Mayer estate has been
cultivating natural (biological) wine-growing methods in the vineyards.
In this way the resulting wine can be regarded as a natural product.
