2008 Chardonnay Reserve

Brilliant Chardonnay in Burgundy style. Fermented in Barrique barrels, long yeast contact, battonage. On the nose a variation of ripe fruits underpinned by delicately smoky notes. It reveals a creamy texture on the palate and shows enormous length and minerality in the finish.
