Cellar:

Manual harvesting allows for a perfect selection of the grape material and several harvesting runs. Sound and physiologically ripe grapes are gently vinificated. Fermentation and maturation in stainless steel tanks emphasize the fruitiness of the wines. Wines from single sites are predominantly vinificated and matured in wood barrels. Wines from the single site Nussberg enjoy longer yeast contact in order to better develop the unique characteristics of the Nussberg, its intensity and minerality.
